Basics

A character's second profession is available at level 40 and requires completing the chain of 3 quests specific to the profession. Quests necessary to obtain a profession Swordsinger:

• Quest Trial of the Challenger
• Quest Testimony of Life
• Quest Test of the Duelist

On Masterwork, all quests are available from the character's level 35.

This article is a Guide/Manual for completing 3 quests for the Swordsinger profession together. After completing the quests, you will receive the items needed to change the profession. The full list of rewards for completing quests:

Quest guide

1. Teleport to Oren. Find Kaien Duelist in the Warriors Guild and talk to him.

Kaien will give:

Order Gludio NG

2. Teleport to Dion. Behind the Warriors Guild find Kash and talk to him.

3. Head to the Dion Warrior Guild. Find Cardien Master and talk to her.

Cardien will give Cardien's Letter NG

4. Teleport to Elven Village. Find Asterios Hierarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Asterios will give:

Hierarch's Letter NG
Moonflower Charm NG

5. Teleport from Elven Village to Elven Fortress. Head to the southeastern shore of Iris Lake. Find Thalia and talk to her.

Thalia will give Grail Diagram NG

6. Teleport from Elven Village to Neutral Zone. Head north to the waterfall, find the entrance to the cave and go inside. The entrance to the cave is behind the waterfall near the lake. Find and kill the monster:

Shyslassys Quest Monster Lv. 36

From the killed monster, you will receive:

Broken Key NG
Scroll of Shyslassys NG

The key is required to open the chest that appears nearby, on Masterwork there is some Adena inside the chest.

7. Teleport to Dion. Behind the Warriors Guild find Kash and talk to him.

Kash will give Letter of Kash NG

8. Teleport to Giran. Find Martien at the northeastern exit and talk to him.

9. Head to the Giran Blacksmith Shop. Find Pushkin Master Blacksmith and talk to him.

Pushkin will give Pushkin's List NG

On Masterwork you can talk to Pushkin in the Central Square of Giran.

10. Teleport from Giran to the entrance to the Dragon Valley. Go west to the Death Pass. Find and kill monsters:

Until you collect:

Pure Mithril Ore NG x 10
Wyrm's Talon NG x 20

11. Teleport to Dion, then to the Plains of Dion. Head south, find the entrance to the cave and go inside. Find and kill the monster:

Gorr Quest Monster Lv. 36

From the killed monster, you will receive Watcher's 1st Eye NG

12. Teleport to Gludio, then to Ant Nest. Instead of going inside the cave, head to the center of the Wastelands. Find and kill monsters:

Puncher Lv. 34

Until you collect 10 Puncher's Shard NG

13. Teleport to Gludio, then to Ant Nest. Go inside the cave, head to the rooms near the Epic Boss. Find and kill monsters:

Noble Ant Leader Lv. 38
Ant Guard Lv. 35

Until you collect:

Noble Ant's Feeler NG x 10
Ant Soldier Acid NG x 20

Acid is obtained from all ant monsters inside the Ant Nest.

14. Teleport to Giran. Find Pushkin Master Blacksmith in the Blacksmith Shop and talk to him.

Pushkin will give Pure Mithril Cup NG

15. Head to the northeastern gate of Giran. Find Martien and talk to him.

16. Teleport to Dion, then to Bee Hive. Head west to Hive Fortress, find the cave entrance and go inside. The cave entrance is opposite the eastern wall of the fortress. Find and kill the monster:

Baraham Quest Monster Lv. 36

From the killed monster, you will receive Watcher's 2nd Eye NG

After killing the monster, Raldo Champion will appear nearby, talk to him.

17. Teleport to Dwarven Village. Find Filaur Gray Pillar Member in the House of Elders and talk to him.

18. At this stage there is a difference between early and late stages of the server.

In the early stages:

Teleport to Mithril Mines, go deep into the location to the last room.

In later stages:

Teleport to the Abandoned Coal Mines. Go deep into the location to one of the pits.

There are no differences in the following parts.

Talk to Raldo, he will give Mark of Challenger NG

19. Teleport to Elven Village, then to Elven Fortress. Head to the southeastern shore of Iris Lake. Find Thalia and talk to her.

Thalia will give Thalia's 1st Letter NG

20. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Spider Nest. Head to the Altar of Rites. Find Arkenia Witch and talk to her.

Arkenia will give:

21. Teleport to Gludin Village. Find Adonius Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Adonius will give Adonius's list NG

22. Teleport to Dion, then to Cruma Tower. Instead of going inside, head northeast. Find and kill monsters:

23. Teleport to Dion, exit the city through the eastern gate. Head east along the road to the Execution Grounds (Club Card holders can teleport to the location). Find and kill monsters:

24. Teleport to Giran, then to Breka's Stronghold. Find and kill monsters:

Several monsters are east of the teleport point, others are on the northwestern hill.

25. Teleport to Giran, then to Hardin's Academy. Find and kill monsters:

Fettered Soul Lv. 38

Until you collect 10 Fettered Soul's Chain NG

26. Teleport to Giran, exit the city through the eastern gate. Cross the bridge, follow the road northeast to the Gorgon Flower Garden (Club Card holders can teleport to the location). Find and kill monsters:

Harpy Lv. 32

Until you collect 20 Harpy's Down NG

27. Teleport to Gludin Village. Find Adonius Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Adonius will give Andariel Scripture Copy NG

28. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Spider Nest. Head to the Altar of Rites. Find Arkenia Witch and talk to her.

Arkenia will give Stardust NG

29. Teleport to Elven Village, then to Elven Fortress. Head to the southeastern shore of Iris Lake. Find Thalia and talk to her.

Thalia will give Thalia's 2nd Letter NG

30. Teleport to Hunter's Village. Find Isael Silvershadow in the main square and talk to her.

Isael will give Isael's Instructions NG

31. Exit Hunter's Village through the western gate. Follow the road down the hill, find and kill monsters:

33. Teleport to Oren, then to the Ivory Tower. Instead of going inside, go down into the crater. Find and kill monsters:

34. Teleport to Oren. Find Kaien Duelist in the Warriors Guild and talk to him.

Kaien will give Final Order NG

35. Teleport to Giran, then to Hardin's Academy. Find and kill monsters:

36. Teleport to Hunter's Village. Find Isael Silvershadow in the main square and talk to her.

Isael will give:

37. Exit Hunter's Village through the western gate. Follow the road down the hill. Find and kill monsters:

38. Teleport to Dion, then to Cruma Tower. On the first floor of the tower find and kill monsters:

39. Teleport to Oren. Exit the city through the western gate. Go down the slope, find and kill monsters:

Timak Orc Overlord Lv. 45

Until you collect 3 Timak Orc's Belt NG

Club Card holders can teleport to the Timak Outpost.

40. Teleport to Oren. Find Kaien Duelist in the Warriors Guild and talk to him.

Kaien will give Mark of Duelist NG

41. Teleport to Elven Village, then to Elven Fortress. Head to the southeastern shore of Iris Lake. Find Thalia and talk to her.

Thalia will give Grail of Purity NG

42. Head to the foot of the mountains south of Iris Lake. Find and kill the monster:

Unicorn Of Eva Quest Monster Lv. 30

Kill the unicorn with Talins Spear NG

From the killed unicorn get Tears of Unicorn NG

The nearest unicorn is southeast of the lake.

43. Return to Thalia and talk to her.

Thalia will give Water of Life NG

44. Teleport to Elven Village. Find Asterios Hierarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Asterios will give Camomile Charm NG

45. Teleport to Dion. Find Cardien Master in the Warriors Guild and talk to her.

Cardien will give Mark of Life NG

46. To change your profession, talk to Hannavalt Grand Master in the Giran Warriors Guild.
