Basics

A character's second profession is available at level 40 and requires completing the chain of 3 quests specific to the profession. Quests necessary to obtain a profession Gladiator:

• Trial of the Challenger
• Testimony of Trust
• Test of the Duelist

On Masterwork, all quests are available from the character's level 35.

This article is a Guide/Manual for completing 3 quests for the Gladiator profession together. After completing the quests, you will receive the items needed to change the profession. The full list of rewards for completing quests:

Quest guide

1. Teleport to Oren, find Hollint High Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Hollint will give:

Letter to Elf NG (Letter to Elf)
Letter to Dark Elf NG (Letter to Dark Elf)

2. Head to the Oren Warriors Guild, find Kaien Duelist and talk to him.

Kaien will give:

Order Gludio NG
Order Dion NG
Order Giran NG
Order Oren NG
Order Aden NG

3. Teleport to Dion, behind the Warriors Guild, find Kash and talk to him.

4. Teleport to Elven Village, find Asterios Hierarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Asterios will give Order of Asterios NG

5. Teleport from Elven Village to Elven Forest, find and kill monsters:

Dryad Lv. 13
Dryad Elder Lv. 14

Until the quest monster appears:

Actea Of Verdant Wilds Quest Monster Lv. 37

Kill the monster and get Seed of Verdure NG

6. Go deep into the Elven Forest, find and kill monsters:

Lirein Lv. 18

7. Teleport to Elven Village, find Asterios Hierarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Asterios will give Scroll of Elf Trust NG

8. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, find Thifiell Tetrarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Thifiell will give Letter from Thifiell NG

9. Teleport from Dark Elf Village to Bloody Swampland, head southeast to the waterfall, find the cave entrance and go inside. The cave entrance is behind the waterfall near the lake. Find and kill the monster:

Shyslassys Quest Monster Lv. 36

From the killed monster, you will receive:

Broken Key NG
Scroll of Shyslassys NG

The key is required to open the chest that appears nearby. On Masterwork, there is some Adena inside the chest.

10. Teleport to Gludio, then to Ant Nest. Instead of going inside the cave, head to the center of the Wastelands, find and kill monsters:

Puncher Lv. 34

Until you collect 10 Puncher's Shard NG

You can reach the next location on foot.

11. Teleport to Gludio, then to Ant Nest. Go inside the cave. Head to the rooms near the Epic Boss. Find and kill monsters:

Noble Ant Leader Lv. 38

Until you collect 10 Noble Ant's Feeler NG

12. Teleport to Dion. Find Clayton Magister in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to him.

Clayton will give Order of Clayton NG

13. Head to the Dion Warrior Guild. Behind the building, find Kash and talk to him.

Kash will give Letter of Kash NG

14. Exit the Dion through the eastern gate. Head along the road to the east to the Execution Grounds (Club Card holders can teleport to the location). Find and kill monsters:

Dead Seeker Lv. 34

Until you collect 10 Dead Seeker Fang NG

15. Teleport to Dion, then to Cruma Tower. Instead of going inside, head northeast. Find and kill monsters:

Marsh Stakato Worker Lv. 31
Marsh Stakato Drone Lv. 35

Until you collect:

Drone's Chitin NG x 10
Stakatos Fluids NG x 10

10 fluids will become Stakato Ichor NG

Fluids drop from all Marsh Stakato in the Cruma Marshlands.

16. Teleport to Giran, then to the entrance to the Dragon Valley. Go west to the Death Pass. Find and kill monsters:

Guardian Basilisk Lv. 36

Until you collect 10 Guardian Basilisk Blood NG

10 vials of blood will turn into Basilisk Plasma NG

17. Teleport to Giran. Find Martien at the north-eastern exit and talk to him.

18. Teleport from Giran to Breka's Stronghold. Find and kill monsters:

Breka Orc Overlord Lv. 35

Until you collect 10 Overlord Necklace NG

Several monsters are east of the teleport point, and others are on the northwestern hill.

19. Teleport to Giran, then to Hardin's Academy. Find and kill monsters:

Fettered Soul Lv. 38

Until you collect 10 Fettered Soul's Chain NG

20. Teleport to Hunter's Village. Exit the village through the western gate and follow the road down the hill. Find and kill monsters:

Tamlin Orc Lv. 41
Tamlin Orc Archer Lv. 42

Until you collect:

Tamlin Orc's Ring NG x 10
Tamlin Orc's Arrow NG x 10

The next location can be reached on foot through a tunnel through the mountain west of Hunters' Village.

21. Teleport to Oren, then to Plains of the Lizardmen. Find and kill monsters:

Leto Lizardman Overlord Lv. 40

Until you collect 10 Chief's Amulet NG

22. Teleport to Oren, then to the Ivory Tower. Instead of going inside, go down into the crater. Find and kill monsters:

Enchanted Monstereye Lv. 41

Until you collect 10 Enchanted Monster Eye Meat NG

23. Teleport to Oren. Find Kaien Duelist in the Warriors Guild and talk to him.

Kaien will give Final Order NG

24. Teleport to Gludio, then to Ant Nest. Go inside the cave. Find and kill monsters:

Ant Soldier Lv. 35

Until you collect 10 Giant Aphid NG

10 aphid will turn into Honey Dew NG

Quest item drop from all ants inside the Ant Nest

25. Teleport to Dion, then to the Plains of Dion. Head south, find the entrance to the cave and go inside. Find and kill the monster:

Gorr Quest Monster Lv. 36

From a killed monster, you will get Watcher's 1st Eye NG

26. Teleport to Dion. Find Clayton Magister in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to him.

27. Teleport to Dark Elf Village. Find Thifiell Tetrarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Thifiell will give Scroll of Dark Elf Trust NG

28. Teleport to Giran. Find Martien at the northeast exit and talk to him.

29. Teleport to Oren. Find Hollint High Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Hollint will give Letter to Seresin NG

Talk to Seresin Cardinal at the entrance to the Temple of Oren

Seresin will give:

Letter to Dwarf NG
Letter to Orc NG

30. Teleport to Dion, then to Bee Hive. Head west to Hive Fortress, find the cave entrance and go inside. The cave entrance is opposite the eastern wall. Find and kill the monster:

Baraham Quest Monster Lv. 36

From a killed monster, you will get Watcher's 2nd Eye NG

After killing the monster, Raldo Champion will appear nearby. Talk to him.

31. Teleport to Orc Village. Find Kakai Flame Lord on the second floor of the Hall of Kings and talk to him.

Kakai will give Letter to Manakia NG

32. Teleport to Dwarven Village. Find Filaur Gray Pillar Member in the House of Elders and talk to him.

33. There is a difference between the early and late server stages.

In early stages:

Teleport to Mithril Mines. Go deep into the location to the last room.

In later stages:

Teleport to the Abandoned Coal Mines. Go deep into the location to one of the pits.

There are no more following differences.

34. Teleport to Giran. Find Manakia Seer in the Orc Guild and talk to him.

35. Teleport from Giran to Hardin's Academy. Find and kill monsters:

Until you collect:

Parasite of Lota NG x 10
Grandis' Skin NG x 3

36. Return to Manakia Seer and talk to him.

Manakia will give Letter of Manakia NG

37. Teleport to Orc Village. Find Kakai Flame Lord on the second floor of the Hall of Kings and talk to him.

Kakai will give Scroll of Orc Trust NG

38. Teleport to Dwarven Village. Find Lockirin Iron Gate's in the House of Elders and talk to him.

Lockirin will give Letter to Nikola NG

39. Teleport to Dion, then to Cruma Tower. Instead of going inside, head southwest. Find Nikola Maestro and talk to him.

Nikola will give Order of Nikola NG

40. Head inside the Cruma Tower. On the first floor of the tower, find and kill monsters:

Krator Lv. 44

Until you collect:

Heartstone of Porta NG x 10
Excuro's Skin NG x 3
Krator's Shard NG x 3

41. Return to Nikola Maestro and talk to him.

42. Teleport to Dwarven Village. Find Lockirin Iron Gate's in the House of Elders and talk to him.

Lockirin will give Scroll of Dwarf Trust NG

43. Teleport to Hunter's Village. Exit the village through the northeast gate and head south along the road. Before reaching the Fortress, find and kill monsters:

Lakin Lv. 44

Until you collect 3 Lakin's Mace NG

44. Teleport to Oren. Exit the city through the western gate. Go down the slope. Find and kill monsters:

Timak Orc Overlord Lv. 45

Until you collect 3 Timak Orc's Belt NG

Club Card holders can teleport to the Timak Outpost.

45. Teleport to Oren. Find Kaien Duelist in the Warriors Guild and talk to him.

Kaien will give Mark of Duelist NG

46. Head to the Temple of Oren. Find Hollint High Priest and talk to him.

Hollint will give Recommendation of Hollint NG

47. Teleport to Talking Island Village. Find Biotin High Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Biotin will give Mark of Trust NG

48. To change your profession, talk to Hannavalt Grand Master in the Giran Warriors Guild.
